Tables and Chair Setup and Tear down Will load and unload from the truck, client is responsible for providing truck and returning the items if applicable. If the items stay at the venue they will be put in their proper place. Tables: $1.00 per table Chairs: $ 0.50 per chair Linens: $1.50 per linen After hour’s fee (after midnight): $ 100.00 Out of town travel fee: $0. 50 per mile each way (only if venue does not have a San Antonio address) *Everything must be at the venue and we will handle the rest* Month before Meeting: $100.00 Wedding Planning Timeline to keep the couple on track Finalize details to complete your wedding day Coordinate Wedding Day’s events Create Wedding Day Timeline Coordinate vendor & service deliveries for the wedding day Will contact all the vendors 2 weeks prior to wedding (will send out the timeline and layout)

Venue Setup: $150.00 up to two hours Let us help you make your special day exactly what you wanted What you provide we will setup Setup of the cake, head, gift, and sign in table Lighting of candles in the venue Placing of the favors and chargers at each plate setting Placing of premade centerpieces Putting the candy bar together For events needing additional time for set up extra hours may be purchase. *Setup does not include tables and chairs* *Upgrade if you would like us to coordinate all the vendors up to 30 minutes prior to guest arriving *
Janitorial Services: $300.00 Service is provided at the end of the reception. This service does not include taking down of tables and chairs. Included: Up to 2 hours Cleaning of the tables Sweeping the venue Removing the linens from every table, a trash bag will be provided so they can be loaded into the designated vehicle Making the venue presentable to ensure you get your security deposit back Emptying and taking out of the trash Packing up the car with the couples items Loading the designated car up with any leftover food, cake, gifts and wedding supplies Out of town travel fee: $0. 50 per mile each way (only if venue does not have a San Antonio address)
