Accompany bride and groom to destination for viewing if necessary/travel paid by client
*Coordinate Wedding Day’s events
*Create Wedding Day Timeline
*Create Wedding Day Venue Layout
*Coordinate vendors & service deliveries for the wedding day.
*Setup of the cake, head, gift, and sign in table
*Lighting of candles in the venue
*Placing of the favors at each place setting
*Organize the rehearsal dinner
*Send out invitations and receive RSVP’s
*Setup and attend bridal/engagement pictures with couple and bridal party at the destination location
*Coordination of the vendors during setup
*Coordinating everything prior to the ceremony
*Coordinating during the entire Reception
*Will pack up the couple’s items at the end of the reception

*10 hours of service the day of the wedding
